Hi, I’m Diamond, an experienced stylist specializing in locs, cuts, and color. I’m passionate about healthy hair, professionalism, and creating a comfortable experience for every client in my chair. Whether you’re starting your loc journey or maintaining your look, I’m happy to service you and help you feel confident every step of the way. Please allow 24-48 hours to respond. NEW CLIENTS MUST SEND PHOTOS OF YOUR HAIR BEFORE BOOKING. Front, back, and sides. Otherwise your appointment is incomplete. Booking Policies (Please Read Carefully) • Late or Cancellation Policy: Clients who arrive late or cancel within 48 hours of their appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. • Payment Policy: A valid card is required to book. Any client who uses an invalid card will be banned from future bookings. If your remaining balance is over $200, please bring cash for the balance. • Rescheduling Policy: You are allowed one reschedule per appointment. Repeated back-to-back rescheduling will result in being banned from booking. • Communication: Please TEXT only at (239) 200-1887 for questions, comments, or concerns. Allow 24–48 hours for a response. Phone calls are not accepted. • Photos & Videos: Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes. If you are not comfortable with this, please let me know before your service begins. • Guests: Space is limited — no extra guests, please. • Tender-Head Policy: Please do not book if you or your child is tender-headed, as services require patience and cooperation. NO Refunds after service has been rendered!!! Consultations is a must for any starter locs services: microlocs, instant locs, traditional locs, loc extensions or loc reattachments.
